Douglas E. Griffith is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. With a background in both primary care and cardiology, Douglas has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of patient health and wellness. He believes in the importance of empowering and building strong partnerships with his patients, taking the time to listen to their concerns and collaboratively developing tailored healthcare plans that align with their individual goals. He completed his medical education at Washington State University earning a Doctorate of Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Additionally, he has a background in carpentry and general contracting, which showcases his hands-on approach to life. He cherishes spending time with his son, family and any chance he get outdoors.

With an exceptional career spanning over 40 years, Ed has dedicated his life to medicine. His invaluable hands-on experience has taken him across the Pacific Northwest and various parts of the country, serving as a clinician and organizational administrator. Now, he brings his vast knowledge, refined skills, and compassionate nature to the Tri-Cities community as a partnering provider at ProCare Occupational Health.

Lisa has 38 years of experience in the medical industry with over 30 years spent in the Emergency Department. She obtained an AAS at Highline College in Des Moines, WA and is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Healthcare Management. Throughout her career, Lisa has gained expertise in various roles in a number of different specialties including clinic management, emergency medicine, urgent care, addiction medicine, family practice, orthopedics, and occupational medicine. Additionally, she is a certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist along with an Occupational Hearing Conservationist.
